Our charming Lavender Hill mobile truck is delightfully compact, measuring just 6 feet in height, 5 feet in width, and 10 feet in length. This eco-friendly gem easily navigates through standard 6-foot double doors and freight elevators. Its size allows it to deftly maneuver into snug spaces or find shelter under a tent during inclement weather at outdoor events, ensuring your guests enjoy a fume-free experience!

How much does it cost?

At Lavender Hill, we understand that every event is distinct and our pricing mirrors this uniqueness. We offer a variety of packages to suit every occasion. Our options range from the Full-Service experiences to Standard Package, starting at $1,200. Reach out to us for a personalized quote tailored to your special event! As part of our commitment to the community we offer a 15% discount to all non-profit and charitable events!

What is needed to reserve the date?
To ensure the reservation of your event date at Lavender Hill, a 50% deposit and a duly signed contract are required. The outstanding balance must be settled 30 days before the event.

For bookings made on short notice, defined as less than 30 days prior to the event, the full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that we advise prompt booking, as dates are typically reserved 6 to 12 months in advance.

What are my options for non-alcohol?
At Lavender Hill, our sophisticated beverage dispenser offers a versatile range of options, from delightful non-alcoholic drinks perfectly suited for children's birthday celebrations, to an elegant coffee bar setup. We pride ourselves on our ability to cater to a diverse array of events, ensuring an endless array of possibilities to enhance your special occasions.

Do you travel?
At Lavender Hill, we are passionate about providing exceptional road trip experiences. Based in Chicago, we offer inclusive travel within a 25-mile radius as part of our standard rental packages. For journeys extending beyond this range, we implement an hourly billing system. Please reach out to us for a detailed quotation tailored to your specific travel needs.

What if I need to cancel my reservations?
Upon confirming your reservation with Lavender Hill, we exclusively reserve your chosen date, ensuring that it is dedicated solely to your event. Following the execution of the reservation contract, you will be provided a grace period of 14 days during which you may cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. In the event that a cancellation is necessary beyond the 14-day window, we are pleased to extend a credit for use towards a future booking. Please be aware that this credit option is not available for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date.
